Covenants & Restrictions

To preserve our community, there are protective Covenants and Restrictions that have been established to help in keeping property and resale values up.  These documents contain essential information that all homeowners must know about. Kindly take the time to read these governing documents to familiarize yourself with the workings of our Association.

Annual HOA Dues

As a member of our Association, all residents are responsible for the timely payment of annual dues. Annual dues are currently $50 and are to be paid by September 30th. The Association sends each residence regular billing statements in August. 

Community/Social Events 

We organize and coordinate various community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging and enhance the overall living experience.  Events hosted include annual meeting/picnic, community garage sale, 4th of July fireworks, Halloween and Christmas decorating contests, and Holiday Open House, to name a few.

What is the process for submitting a request for exterior home improvement or new construction?

To initiate your project or construction, you must first fill out and submit the Architectural Review Application.  This application can be found in the "documents" on our website.

What are the HOA fees utilized?

The HOA dues serve various purposes, including maintenance of the entrance, social events, hosting the annual meeting and picnic, conducting holiday decorating contests, welcome packets for new residents and covering management expenses for the organization.

Is is possible to suggest a social event for the community?
